Ferran Torres has joined European champions Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona after helping Spain win the World Cup.
The 26-year-old forward has signed a contract with the French champions until 2031 in a deal reportedly worth around €50 million (£42.7 million).
Torres scored the winning goal in extra time against Argentina as Spain secured their second men’s World Cup title last month.
His performances for Barcelona had also increased his value after he enjoyed a strong season with the Spanish club.
The forward scored 21 goals in 49 appearances across all competitions and provided three assists as Barcelona won the La Liga title.
Torres will now work under PSG coach Luis Enrique, who previously managed and played for Barcelona.
PSG have won the Champions League in each of the past two seasons and have continued to strengthen their squad during the summer transfer window.
Torres becomes the second major forward to join PSG this summer after the club signed Maghnes Akliouche from Monaco.
The French champions also added another trophy to their collection on Wednesday by beating Aston Villa 2-1 to win the Uefa Super Cup.
Torres joined Barcelona in 2022 after spending two years with Manchester City.
He has scored 25 goals in 65 appearances for Spain and made his international debut under Luis Enrique.
PSG could also see Bradley Barcola leave the club this summer, with Liverpool reportedly interested in the forward.
