Controversial televangelist Nana Agradaa’s legal troubles have deepened as she appeared for yet another hearing at the Accra High Court.
The head pastor of Heaven’s Way Champions International Ministry was accompanied by some church members and supporters, all gathered at the court premises to show solidarity for the imprisoned preacher, who had not yet arrived.
Nana Agradaa and two others are facing charges under the Cybersecurity Act for allegedly sharing explicit images of Appiah Biblical on Thunder TV (now Today TV) in 2021.
Prior to the incident, the pair had been publicly feuding over an alleged GH¢10,000 debt that the televangelist claimed the fellow pastor owed her.
Following the broadcast on Thunder TV, Agradaa was arrested and charged with possession of indecent materials.
On July 18, 2024, she was granted GH¢200,000 bail with two justified sureties.
On Monday, July 7, 2025, the Accra High Court ordered that she be transported from Nsawam Prison for a hearing, and she has since made several court appearances.
Reports indicate that the jailed preacher has now requested a plea bargain with Attorney General Dominic Akuritinga Ayine in the Appiah Biblical case.
The controversial preacher is currently serving a 15-year jail term at the Nsawam Prison in relation to a fraud case involving a 2022 service at her church.
